You'll feel like you're in a small cafe in Italy. The pasta is handmade next door at its sibling restaurant Spinasse, one of Seattle’s best high-end Italian restaurants. The best days to go are on their Pasta and Wine Nights (Sundays and Mondays from 5pm-close), where you get your choice of two pasta dishes and a bottle of wine for $35, essentially making the bottle of wine free :)

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in the city! Be prepared to experience a burst of flavors. Wait times can be crazy long, but my place is super close to it, so walk down to the restaurant to put your name down then go hang out back at my airbnb until they text you that the table is ready.
