Point Defiance is a local favorite. With walking trails all throughout and access to the beach this is a beautiful place to spend the day or just a couple hours. There are views of the Puget Sound, Mount Rainier and tons of nature sightings all throughout the park.
Also check out the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium for an additional fee.
