Hiking
Winter or Summer this place is majestic! In the summer you can drive right up to where the 1-mile trail loop starts. In the winter you get some extra walking miles since the access road is covered in snow and closed. Very family and photo friendly!

Groceries
If you're looking to cook most meals at home, it's highly recommended to do some grocery shopping before you arrive. Coming from Seattle there are grocery stores off I-90 Exit 31 in North Bend (Safeway, QFC) or from Ellensburg off I-90 Exit 84 (Safeway). Load up on all your favorites!!

Snoqualmie Pass can get a ton of snow - to say the least. Be prepared during your visit with a winter ready vehicle. All-wheel drive and/or tire chains are a good start. Drive slow and be safe!
