Situated on a quiet residential street offering plenty of on-street parking, Cicely's Place is a charming upstairs two-bedroom property, in Seaton Sluice. There are several pubs which serve food, award winning fish & chip shop and Co-op in walking distance with good bus links.
At the bottom of the street is access to the Seaton Sluice beach, at the top of the street is access to Holywell Dene.
Cicely’s Place is pet friendly and we are more than happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs.

Our self contained annex is a stones throw from the unspoilt dunes of Seaton Sluice beach, the rock pools of Collywell Bay and the picturesque Holywell Dene. With 4 friendly local bars serving quality food, along with a popular fish and chip shop and a co-op on the doorstep. The area is quiet, with a relaxed and friendly feel. There is a beautiful coastal walk, or bus link, into neighboring Whitley Bay where there are a host of bistros, bars & traditional seaside attractions to enjoy .
