It is located less then a block from the ferry terminal and a short walk from scenic downtown Bremerton, which is great if you make a day trip of it and ride the ferry over from Seattle like I did

This museum is located in one of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyards historical buildings and also adjacent to the fountain park.
