The park offers spectacular views of the Mississippi River. Kid Friendly Wading Pool & Picnic Area. Bike trails traverse the park and connect with Webber Pkwy. and commuter routes into downtown Mpls.

This is an absolute hidden gem. Steps from the freeway, you are suddenly in the middle of the woods with the river. There's a wonderful interpretive center that often has free family programming on the weekends. You forget that you are in a city when you're here.
