Miyota There is always a line out the door at Miyato, and for good reason. Their seasonal soba selections (in August 2015, conger eel tempura with cold soba) are a cut above other local offerings. Definitely recommend if you are in the Aoyama/Omotesando part of town. Menus have English as well as pictures too which is helpful for foreigners, and prices fall in the 800-1100 yen range.
