At 10 minutes in car (7 km). Located in the premises of an old pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a caravan having undergone multiple enlargements over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70’s, the building now boasts an enchanting decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where it feels good. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny makes you discover his cuisine strongly inspired by the B.B.Q. of the south of the United States, emphasizing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere. Typical Quebec antique chairs, mismatched crockery, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a good choice of North-American whiskies alongside the 1.000 lb Texan Maple wood smokehouse. The values which embody the soul of the restaurant: tradition and great spaces, founding principles of our grandparents’ America.
