The entire area has had £4bn spent on it in the 25 years I've lived here and it is now a very desirable area to live, work or socialise. The two stations of King's Cross and St. Pancras have been meticulously restored to their former 19th century grandeur boasting the zenith of the industrial revolution when ralway trains were steam powered. A world-famous search engine company are constructing their UK HQ here. The University of the Arts (London) is located here now and the students bring vibrancy to the area and some stunning fashions! Because the streets are populated almost 24/7 it has become a safe area to walk around, not to mention it being one of the most CCTV sureveilled places in the world.

National Rail Services, Eurostar from St. Pancras, underground lines getting you all over London. The quickest way to the underground is 5 minute walk from the flat - come out of the building and go straight across the bridge, turn right on to Goods Way then left on to Kings Boulevard.
