At the back of the Browns Point Diner, there is the Sand Bar, with both drinks and food and a good view of the water.

Small neighborhood bar with good vibes, a pool table, and karaoke every week (after 9PM on Thursday). They also have live music before karaoke on some nights. Note: the Sand Bar is attached to the Brown's Point Diner (people sometimes have trouble finding it without that tip).
