Because they have some local organic fruit and a variety of fresh raw unprocessed snacks such as almonds, dry cranberries, sesame seeds with chocolate chips. Also, they have an assortment of organic dry beans, rice, and oats. Their homemade peanut butter is yummy. They have a juice bar and offer breakfast and lunch specials (muffins, salads, soups, taco's, sushi, quiche, etc). Some items are pricey but you can find certain items on sale.
