Randyland's a free outdoor art exhibit! It's amazing for taking pictures. A local artist named Randy started painting and creating outside one day, and over the years this crazy and COLORFUL masterpiece became a landmark!
Quirky and unique, Randyland has been awarded as a must see attraction from Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Pedudo. There is no way to describe its charm.
Folk artist Randy Gilson's landmark building, filled with vividly colored, upbeat murals & objects.
Randy Gilson bought Randyland on a credit card in 1995. Every day after waiting tables, he came home to paint and bring happiness to his neighborhood. Now people travel all over to share his dream. Stop in ... BYOB ... enjoy a glass of wine in the yard.

“Experimental art! Be aware there are three separate buildings; the main entrance is on Sampsonia Way by the cafe and gift shop. This place is not for everyone, and it may have inappropriate content for children depending on the exhibits, but it's awesome for art-lovers.”

“Even if you’ve never heard of Andy Warhol (a Pittsburgh native!) it’s really fun to see all of the exhibits. The building itself is a wonderful piece of architecture.”

“If you like bikes or interesting museums/shops, look no further than Bicycle Heaven. It is a place like no other. The complex is huge with a vast display of bikes. They even have one of Pee Wee Herman's bikes. Open 7 days a week. ”

“My first time here was the day after I moved to Pittsburgh. I was approached on the Sunday morning train with a broken announcer by a man named Walter who wanted breakfast. This was the first place open. I had no idea where I was. Since then, I've stepped into this space countless times - company outings, cornhole, nachos, live music, catching up with friends, flights of pumpkin beer - and I highly recommend. ”
