It is located at the foot of the Troutbeck Valley in Troutbeck Bridge making it the ideal base for visiting the lakes, fells and villages of the National Park and the wider Cumbria area.
At the rear of the property is a garden area with small lawn and gravelled patio with table and four chairs. To the side of the cottage is a large lawned garden area.
