Purpose-built house with three separate units . Each unit has an individual entrance from the shared foyer. Unit 1 has two king-single beds with a private shower/toilet. It also has an outdoor area. The kitchenette has tea making facilities, fridge freezer, and a microwave.
We are under 10 minutes drive from Emu Park which has cafes, supermarket, pub and of course great beaches. There is a gym and swimming pool not far. Yeppoon is approx 25-30 minutes. Rockhampton approx 45 minutes drive.
