We will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" between early morning to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private comfortable transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. The day is divided into three parts. Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.” River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting). Cave Exploration: Finally, you will see awe-inspiring waterfalls and unexpected adventure that our guests have described as “life changing.” We will head out by 5:30PM arriving between 9-10:00PM, full of new experiences and photos to share with envious family/friends. Un día siendo charro profesional
Dentro de las primeras actividades se dará un tour dentro del lienzo donde se explicará una breve introducción de la historia del lugar y de la trayectoria de los charros entrenadores. Posteriormente pasaríamos al ruedo para tener la primera interacción con el caballo donde podrás acariciarlo, cepillarlo, colocaremos montura y el freno del caballo. Después de una pequeña introducción a técnica de montar aprenderás a tener confianza a trotar y cabalgar por tu propia cuenta al caballo. Una vez dominada la técnica de montar en el caballo, se quitará (opcional) la silla de montar para probar tu habilidad y destreza en los lomos del caballo Opcionalmente podrás intentar el paso de la muerte (que consiste en saltar de un caballo a otro) si te gustan las actividades con adrenalina. We will sail on canoe through the most conserved channels of Xochimilco wetland. During the tour, we will tell you about the history of the place and its importance to the sustainability of Mexico City. In your way, you will recognize the biological richness like birds, snakes, frogs and plants. We will arrive at a chinampa where you can get your hands dirty experiencing the ancestral technique of cultivation and discovering why it is considered a world heritage. Also, you will get involve in the diary activities in the chinampa like crop irrigation, harvest or seeding. Before going back to land, you will have time to relax and enjoy the peace of the place. This is a cultural tour that helps to promote the community development.
Make tacos al pastor with a chef
During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. After we meet, we'll take a trip to the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Museo de Frida Kahlo Coyoacán y Xochimilco Premium
Iniciaremos nuestro recorrido a las 9 am, esto lo hacemos para aprovechar el día, recuerda que el tour incluye el transporte tanto de ida como de vuelta a tu hospedaje. Zero to Salsa for beginners Group Class
Have you ever danced Salsa before? (Tuesday and Wednesday night is Bachata class, if you like salsa, please book other day) Would you like to be able to dance Salsa in Mexico? Salsa is a huge part of Mexican culture and a great way to make friends and socialize. In this class, we'll take you from no experience to knowing the basic steps so that you can participate in the dancing culture. No experience or partner needed. Sign up from here and take your first lesson with us. We offer multiple levels, so if you know how to dance, you can still enjoy dancing. This is our group class, and usually we have 40 - 100 people regularly coming to the class. so if you do not see any bookings here, do not worry at all! you will have fun experience with us. Exploring the Waters of Tolantongo
We will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" between early morning to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private comfortable transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. The day is divided into three parts. Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.” River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting). Cave Exploration: Finally, you will see awe-inspiring waterfalls and unexpected adventure that our guests have described as “life changing.” We will head out by 5:30PM arriving between 9-10:00PM, full of new experiences and photos to share with envious family/friends. Injuries, while rare, may occur during an outdoor exploration. This experience includes water, creating slippery walking surfaces near the pools and river. There is a bonus cave (optional) with low clearance –be aware of height to reduce risk of head injury. There is inherent risk with any outdoor activity. Protect yourself by wearing proper footwear and being cautious during each activity. Emergency clinics onsite.

After that, we’ll share amazing/tragic stories and take a break to drink pulque (prehispanic beverage) in a local bar. The third part includes a walk through Alameda Central Park+Fine Arts Palace+Latino Tower, and many other landmarks we’ll hit on the road. We'll talk about art, arquitecture, history, and my biggest love failures. Last but not least: Centro Historico Highlights. The most iconic buildings/squares+amazing tacos+rooftop bar. Mezcal Mixology Masterclass
During this fantastic Mezcal Mixology Masterclass, we'll take you on a sensorial journey through the creation of 2 to 3 cocktails using Mexico's most exquisite spirit, Mezcal. You'll learn about layering flavours and the cultural significance of the ingredients you'll be using. If you like your cocktails with a kick, this is for you. We can also cater for those who prefer a delicious mocktail instead :) You'll be guided by one of our expert mixologists (Sade, Caro, Yesica, Luis or Mario) as you learn about the origin and production process of our spirits and discover the secrets behind-the-scenes of an exclusive Mexican bar! The entire Experience takes place in our beautiful, purpose-designed, appointment-only venue, Salón Rosario, in the charismatic and central neighbourhood of la Colonia Roma Norte. We can also accommodate larger groups of up to 18 participants. If you'd like to book for a larger private group, please send us a message so we can coordinate.
