Embrace the laid-back style of this coastal home. The residence features an urban chic interior aesthetic, wood finishes, blue hues echoing a beach theme, an open-plan living area, a BBQ terrace, and large, spacious master suite and patio. With it’s 20 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit, it provides a wonderful, open family vacation experience. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.
