As soon as you enter the property it boasts, beautiful private bush sanctuary, overlooking the ocean and Kangaroo Island, you feel how stunning and uniquie this place really is. Hardly a day goes by that you don’t see the dolphins play in the ocean. The courtyard as you enter the house traps the mourning sun to sit outside and have a beverage or two.

Tiny Coastal Sanctuary with Panoramic Ocean Views

Nora by Sol Hus is a Scandi-inspired tiny house designed with nature in mind. Overlooking Boxing Bay, Nora is located a mere 100m from the beach on Kangaroo Island's pristine north coast. The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. Each booking supports ocean conservation through the Australian Ocean Laboratory. This tiny house is one of three tiny homes on site. They are located ~150m apart.
