Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. This 1940 homestead has been in my family for four generations and was built by my Great Granddaddy Shook. Our farmhouse features 2 BR and 1 BA. We are located off a quaint country road, only 1/2 a mile from Lake Chatuge and surrounded by the Blue Ridge mountains A lot of love has been put in this restoration and now it’s time for your family to make memories of your own.
