Locatia este in pozitie centrala,pe strada Mihai Viteazu nr 68. Locatia se afla la 5 minute de mers pe jos de un Mcdonalds non stop aflat la Tomis Mall. In vecinatate este si un Mega Image non stop plus diferite restaurante. Locatia este la aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos de centrul vechi si de plaja intr-o pozitie centrala. Bulevardul Mamaia se afla la 50 de metri de locatie, de acolo avand acces facil in orice zona a orasului, atat cu masina cat si cu mijloacele de transport in comun!

The apartament is placed in a quiet zone, at the ground floor, in the neighborhood of the beach (2 min. by foot), in the proximity of Mamaia resort (10 min.) It's situated in a very exclusivist neighbourhood, with a great view to the Black Sea, the promenade is about 100 meters from our place, the apartament is surrounded by green space with trees, flowers and grass.
