Very private space! The only shared room is the laundry room when the other side is booked by another guest. We also have friendly pet ducks in our backyard!

My place is a beautiful duplex of 3 bed & 3 bath. we have a beautiful private back yard where guests can relax and have quiet moments. the kitchen is very clean and guests are welcome to use at anytime. there is also a spacious clean living room and dining space guest can use at anytime.

Situated on the ground floor of a newly renovated home with a 1 acre fenced-in yard. Hostess and boyfriend, Charles, live on the top, main floor. Hike or bike to the C & O Canal which is 3/10ths mile from house. I am 1/2 mile from the Antietam Battlefield, 2 miles from town of Sharpsburg, 2 1/2 mile from Washington County Ag Ctr. Backyard is adjacent to National Park Land.
