Cabin 5 is in the center of it all. This waterfront cabin has its own deck overlooking Lake Huron. There is also a futon which can sleep 2 extra people. Shady Shores is conveniently located along Michigan's gorgeous east shoreline along US-23, locally known as the sunrise side. The resort features stunning, unimpeded views of Lake Huron and the eastern horizon. We are located 2 miles south of downtown Oscoda and 12 miles north of downtown Tawas. We have direct access to Lake Huron as well

Bring your honey, leave the tent at home and stay in one of our cozy glamping cabins. This cabin is just enough to keep you comfortable and dry but still feel as though you're luxuriously camping in the woods. Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or kick back and listen to the sounds of nature. This cabin has a king bed, refrigerator, microwave, linens, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. Shower and Bathroom facilities are located nearby. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.

This cabin is fully functional and perfect for visiting family, hunting, fishing, ATV/ side-by-side/snowmobiling fun. Little Long Lake is an all sports lake that allow for speed boats, pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats and more. There are speed restrictions to allow for peaceful fishing. There at hundreds of miles of ORV trails as well as walking/hiking trails within a short distance. Also, there are a variety is bars, restaurants, party stores and golf courses nearby.

Our cabin has been in our family over 40 years, this is our first time hosting our beloved home. We hope you find it charming, comforting and a place to build beautiful memories. This adorable cabin is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Whether it’s lakes, trails or beaches you’ll be centrally located and right across from one of northern Michigans favorites, Long Lake. Near Tawas, Oscoda and West Branch, beach access, deck and fire pit you’ll be able to enjoy it all. But when you’re ready to relax, you’ll appreciate being on this paved, dead end road in a peaceful neighborhood. Please note: 6th bed is a folding cot.

Papa's place is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin that over looks Tawas Lake, great for fishing, kayaking & bird watching. The cabin features a fully stocked kitchen, open living space with a 50" smart TV and wood stove for those cool spring & fall nights. The quaint town of East Tawas is only minutes away that offers wonderful shops & restaurants. Tawas beach (Lake Huron) is less than 2 miles away. Come for a night or stay the week on Michigan’s sunrise side.

Take a break and unwind at this tidy beach-front cabin situated on 50 foot of sandy Lake Huron beach. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrises on the front deck and lounge on the beach all day. You'll likely see eagles and freighters as you reset and relax. This is a neighborhood setting, so we ask that all occupants are respectful of our friends who live next door. (No loud music or parties.)
