Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Yarrawarra Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom house that is a stone's throw from the Sandgate beachfront esplanade and just a moments walk to the heart of Sandgate village. With two bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer, and expansive deck. One minute walk to the water and five to ten from all Sandgate has to offer. As we live in a separate house on site with our family, no events/parties/gatherings are allowed.
