There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly!

Set in a rural hamlet near the River Trent with easy access to river walks. The village has an historic church visited by the Pilgrim Fathers. The area has a rich history with Lincoln, Gainsborough and Retford market town a short drive away. Best of all the village has two good pubs within walking distance, serving food and local beers. Little Willow is set at the back of a large garden with views over open countryside. It is fully equipped with shower, compost toilet and kitchenette.

Woodpecker Shepherds Hut has the feel of luxury glamping ! Ensuite shower and toilet, hot water, underfloor heating and a log burner. The hut has an induction hob, oven and fridge. Outdoor seating and spacious sunny aspect decking. Take in the views over our fields with sheep, pigs and horses. A firepit is provided. No Children or Pets.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching.
