This charming studio was an in-law apartment. The Queen size bed and the futon couch can hold up to 4 guests. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has a large shower stall with grab bar and detachable shower head (no tub). A deck is accessed from sliding doors. Ideal for long term guests, a weekend getaway or a family with children. We are 35 minutes from Niagara Falls & Buffalo, 15 minutes from UB North Campus and 10 miles from the Erie Canal.
