Great memories, location and service are everything on holiday. We aim to tick more than boxes and make sure you have a memorable experience. We are a short walk from the white sands of Henley Beach. This amazing stylish and luxurious holiday home is a piece of paradise right opposite a park & playground with lockup garage and pet friendly. Easy access to public transport or just a short walk to Henley Square, the beach, shops, cafes & Restaurants.

A lovely private retreat for relaxation and family life opposite a gorgeous park with a playground and BBQ area. Excellent for families and those wanted to have a relaxing holiday. We have Foxtel Cable TV with a designated sports, music, movie and kids channel. Sleeping: 2 queen bedrooms with queen size beds and one with an ensuite of toilet and shower (purple room) 3rd bedroom has 1 x double bunk bottom and single top bunk. Additional guests can be catered for with an option of a fold out double couch futon and 2 x single fold out bed/ottomans. So sleeping 10 all up. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven, Easy travel from/to airport, city, shops & Adelaide's coastline. Bus stop to city 3 min walk away. Private outdoor entertaining & BBQ area for enjoying summer evenings. 8 minute walk to Henley Square, bikes available too from local library. Gas Heating & Split System Air.

The house can sleep 7 comfortably. However we also have a fold out Double Futon Bed and 1 x Single Fold out Ottoman Bed, and a 2 single mattress we can put on the floor which can take the total to 11 so people don't have to share beds. Please ask in advance and we can help with bedding arrangements. For larger groups we also have an additional (apartment) right behind the main property which is rented seperately. It is accessed through a gate that contects to the main house property so if you have a larger group we can rent both spaces. Also great for a few families, so you can sleep separately but come together for meals etc as the outdoor entertaining area is large and comfortable. This space sleeps 2 with 1 main double bed. If can take up to 4 people utilizing the long lounge chaise & one single mattress on the floor. It has two areas - one lounge and one bedroom, and is self contained with mini kitchen, shower, toilet and own courtyard with bbq facilities, foxtel and cable internet.

A dog door allows access into the house for small dogs. Dogs must only be in non carpeted area. •Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited. Use contrary to this may result in termination of rental and loss of the security deposit and or additional payments. Music must be turned off by 10 pm in the entertaining area. After 10pm only guests staying at the property should be there as this is a family holiday rental and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if rules are abused. Our neighbours are important to us – please respect them or the police will be called. We reserve the right to come to the house and enter it if disturbances are reported to us. Unfortunately it is due to the behaviour of previous guests that these rules have had to be ramped up. Long term tenants - if the quarterly electricity bill or water bill is over $1500 per quarter that you are accomodating the property the excess will be passed on. Please be mindful or power and water

Our house was fully renovated recently. We have 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and 2 with garden views. There are 2 seperate lounge areas and a large outdoor undercover entertaining area with bbq facilites. Undercover lock up garaging for 2 cars with roller door and driveway for another 1. The yard is fully enclosed and pet friendly. The beach at Henley is one of the best in the world with sand like talcum powder and clear blue water. An abundance of restaurants and cool cafes, shops, bars and ice cream parlors surround the waters edge, lush green grass and water features at Henley Square. Something everyone will enjoy. The beach is a short 5 minute stroll and Henley Square about 7. We are in a quiet location opposite a large park with kids playground. If you are wanting to head into the city you can take a short walk to Henley Beach Road to catch the bus into the city. Glenelg is only 10 minutes away by car or if you are a Golfer we have 4 golf courses within 10 minutes of our house. Historic Grange is a the next suburb with equally stunning beaches and coastline and the added opportunity of visiting Charles Sturt Cottage which was built in the 1840 surrounded by beautiful gardens and pond/creek with ducks - a great picnic spot. If you prefer a walk along the beach from Henley Jetty to Grange Jetty you can view the amaing 'Marines' at Grange, (Australia's only Victorian Terrace Houses built on the seafront) Its only 20 minutes into the city with buses running regularly along Henley Beach Road. There's are 4 supermarkets close by.

My husband and I love the beach, walking our little dog Moppy, good food, wine and muscle cars! Nothing beats a sunny day cruising in our car and checking out the wineries and delicious restaurants in our travels. We enjoy listening to blues at our local Beach Bar and a good boogie. We love adventure and travel. Our life motto is Live life like someone left the gate open!
