Our stay offers you the best of both worlds because it’s located close to the heart of Calgary and has its own smaller community with pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, local bars, restaurants, etc. With easy and fast access to the commercial core, iconic 17th Avenue, the Saddledome/Stampede grounds, and the C-train, our condo is perfect for business or pleasure.

We have chosen to decorate in a fresh style that is both modern and true to Calgary’s place in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The large living and dining area is designed to offer you an abundance of space to relax, work, or just live in.

The condo has ample space for up to 6 guests with 2 queen bedrooms and a spacious sofa bed in the lounge. The beds are complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. Both bedrooms have built-in storage space for your convenience. There are extra pillows and blankets available for extra comfort.

The property boasts a clean and modern bathroom that is located in the main corridor for easy access by all. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. Towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen located adjacent to the living space. It features multiple modern appliances including a microwave, hob cooker, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Once your meal is ready, head to the dining area only a few steps away, to connect and catch up on your adventures from the city and plan tomorrow’s stops. The chic dining table has plenty of room to seat six. .

The spacious lounge is the perfect place to relax after a long day of shopping, with its comfortable sofa, high chair, and plush rug. For your entertainment, the Smart TV is connected to Netflix to binge-watch your favourite shows. The WiFi is super-fast. There’s central heating to help keep you comfortable in the winter months. In summer, head to the small balcony for some sun and fresh air, and enjoy your morning coffee.

The condo is at garden level so you’ll be able to get out and about in a hurry! Access is through a shared entrance in the building. A parking facility is also provided underground, with a maximum clearance of 6’6” (1.92m), please keep this in mind if you have a large truck, RV, or something attached to your roof. There’s also free (time limit) and paid street parking available nearby.
Washer and Dryer facilities are available in the building. There is an extra added pet fee if you bring your furry friend.

Victoria Park is a trendy, urban neighbourhood known for its innovative bars, local
restaurants and proximity to the Stampede grounds. It has an old building charm, mixed with a hipster modern edge. Its a great neighborhood for the young professional or traveler alike.

Hi world! I love sushi, yoga and baby animals, especially clumsy ones that don't have all their coordination just yet. By day I work in marketing, by night I'm usually playing sports (soccer or volleyball!), having drinks with friends or watching videos of clumsy baby animals. I purchased my little downtown Calgary condo a year ago and I wanted to open it up to the Airbnb community! I also have a Canmore vacation property for when office life gets too stale and airconditioned. While I don't live at either property, I'm more than happy to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and make memories :)
