Nice and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.





The house is distributed on two floors, on the top floor are the two double bedrooms equipped with wardrobes, two single beds each, one with access to a balcony and the other with access to a large solarium, finally it is located the complete bathroom with bathtub.


On the main floor there is a double bedroom suite with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. Then there is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, etc. The living room has a dining set, flat screen TV and sofa, with large windows that give access to a porch with a beautiful wooden pergola with an extendable awning to provide shade at peak times, a dining set to enjoy your meals to the outside with views of the large private garden of 135 meters that has a built-in barbecue, sun loungers and a gate that leads to the community pool and its green spaces.





For added comfort, this accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the lounge and upstairs bedrooms. As an optional service there is the bedding and shower towels for 10 euros/person, to be reserved in advance. The rent does not include parking because the garage is used as a storage room, however it is easy to park on the street since it is without exit.





The house is part of a residential area of 20 semi-detached villas, with a large communal area surrounded by plants, flowers, olive trees and palm trees, as well as a beautiful pool with an island in the middle and a collective barbecue available.





TThe Las Tres Calas urbanization is quiet and familiar surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.


At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services such as a shopping center, supermarket, cafes, restaurant with petanque courts and many play areas, pharmacy, etc.


Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.





Recommended rental for families seeking the tranquility of a large private jardin, a beautiful and extend community area with pool and the proximity to beautiful beaches and coves.

Seafood cuisine is one of the hallmarks of La Ametlla de Mar, it has a wide range of restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes made with fish and seafood caught by the municipality's fishing fleet. Gastronomic days are held throughout the year to promote these quality and local products.
