At Last at Jamieson, is a haven in paradise. A perfect getaway for romantic couples, families or groups up to 12, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Situated in a picturesque valley and only a short stroll from the Jamieson and Goulburn Rivers, local eateries, pubs and walking tracks. Spacious living, kitchen and dining area with wood fire and reverse cycle heater, surround verandah with expansive views, outdoor sunken lounge area, BBQ and a fire pit too! Huge undercover car parking.

We would like to take this opportunity to advise you of what will be provided for your use during your stay.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for 12. Hotplates, oven, grill, microwave, frypans, pots, pans, salad bowls and all utensils. An electric frypan, a slow cooker, 2 x 2 slice toasters and a kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper are provided. Dishwashing liquid, tea towels, cleaning stock etc. are located under the kitchen sink. We suggest you do a shop in Mansfield at either Foodworks or IGA prior to your arrival. The General Store in Jamieson has a range of stock if you forget something. There is also a petrol station in the township, but once again, you may want to fill up prior to your arrival. (However, the owner of the petrol station is a very nice chap)!

LOUNGE ROOM
There is a large TV with general stations available. As there is NO INTERNET on premises, please bring available data for your mobiles/computers etc. Reverse cycle heater/airconditioner is located in the lounge, together with a wood heater. We will provide the appropriate amount of kindling/wood suitable for weather conditions and dependent upon your length of stay.

DINING AREA
The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. The dining table has room for 8, with 6 chairs currently in place. There are 2 fold up chairs in the laundry to make it up to 8. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen bench, next to the dining suite which can be utilised.

OUTDOOR AREA
The backyard consists of a range of outdoor areas. There is a sunken outdoor lounge/dining area accessed via the gravel path from the front door, or alternatively, from Bedroom No. 4. This area has 2 casual couches, 2 coffee tables, a billiard table (which can convert to outdoor dining for 8). This area is undercover, so it is protected from the elements. Up the ramp, there is also a 6 seat dining table adjacent to a BBQ area. A relaxed seating area around the fire pit for outdoor warmth and/or cooking if you wish. Please keep in mind that the wood we provide will only suffice for the lounge wood fire or you can use it in the fire pit, your choice. Only use the fire pit during "non fire restriction days" and DO NOT LEAVE it unattended when alight.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom No. 1 (Master Bedroom) has a Queen Bed. Bedroom No. 3 has a Queen Bed plus a set of bunks. Bedroom No. 3 has a double four poster bed. Bedroom No. 4 has a double bed and a set of bunks. Bedroom No. 4 also has access to Bedroom No. 1 and to the entertaining area in the backyard. All linen and towels will be provided for the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 12. Only 2 face washers will be provided in each bathroom, with 1 bathmat and 1 hand towel.

LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine, a dryer and an inside portable clothes rack. An iron and ironing board, a broom, mop and brush and pan are located in the laundry area. There is an outdoor clothes line situated near the BBQ and fire pit area.

BATHROOMS
Bedroom No. 1 has an ensuite with a toilet, shower and vanity. Bedroom No. 4 can access this ensuite via Bedroom No. 1 or alternatively via outside exit and re-entry via the front door to the main bathroom. 2 rolls of toilet paper will be provided, however toiletries ARE NOT provided, so please bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. For longer stays you may want to BYO backup toilet paper too. The bathrooms are fitted with IXL heat lamps and fans. A hairdryer is supplied in each bathroom.

The main bathroom has a vanity and a bath with an overhead shower. The toilet is in a separate room via this bathroom.

BIRDLIFE
The wild birdlife is prolific in our gardens and around the house. Bring some parrot mix if you would like to entice them! Some enjoy hand feeding but it does take a bit of patience.... Our pet budgies are not trained, so please pass the aviary in a quiet fashion, so that they do not get frightened when you head towards the backyard entertaining area.

RESTAURANTS, CAFES AND PUBS
Deb's Café does outstanding breakfasts, morning teas and lunches at very reasonable prices.

The Courthouse Hotel is a landmark in Jamieson. The pub food is great and the specials give the Chef the opportunity to offer restaurant quality dishes also. Oh and the staff are fantastic!

The Lakeside Brewery is a short drive away with handcrafted beers and pizzas on offer.

BOND REQUIREMENTS

At present I do not charge a bond for your stay at our property. However, please advise of any accidental breakages or damage which has occurred during your stay. We can then have a chat about it and take it from there. I request that all used crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to be rinsed, washed, rinsed, dried and put away. All rubbish should be bagged and put in the rubbish bins located in the shed area in the driveway. I employ professional contract cleaners who charge for any extra hours performed over and above the usual cleaning time. I am sincerely grateful for your co-operation!
