From the pier, a paved walkway leads directly to Village do Dendê in about 10 minutes, offering a flat and easy path all the way to the property.

The property is set on completely flat ground. The bungalows, garden, and common areas are all on a single level, ensuring easy and comfortable mobility, especially for senior guests or those with specific needs.

There is only a slight level change at the main gate, with a few almost imperceptible steps that do not affect ease of access.

Choose light and comfortable clothing, perfect for the tropical climate, such as loose dresses, breathable t-shirts, and sandals — especially flip-flops (infradito). Opt for light colors, which not only match the surroundings but also help keep you cool throughout the day.

For added peace of mind, avoid wearing valuable items. In the evening, it’s advisable to have a pair of light, long pants and a light sweater (golfino) for the cooler winter nights.

White is always an excellent choice, both for its elegance and its ability to reflect heat.

Don’t forget: sunscreen is essential — SPF 40/50 in summer and SPF 30 in winter. And always keep insect repellent nearby for extra comfort.

Here in Bahia, traditional beach towels are not commonly used, as the climate is very warm. Upon arrival, we recommend getting a beach pareo (known as "canga" in Portuguese), perfect both as a cover-up and for lying in the sun while staying cool and comfortable.
