High ceilings with chandeliers makes this flat extra special. There are working shutters, original fireplaces and floorboards. Historical flat in the World Heritage New Town. The flat's on the second floor with no lift so two flights of stairs to climb.

Being a World Heritage site, as you can imagine, the area is extremely beautiful and a destination in it's self. At the end of the road is Broughton Street with lots of independent shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.
