This light, airy, newly renovated, self-contained ground floor apartment attached to our traditional grade 2 listed home will delight you the moment you step through the door.

Ideally located, just a 5 mins walk to the Cathedral and 10 mins to the coast.

A small city with so much to offer - cultural activities, galleries, restaurants, pubs, shops, outdoor pursuits, music and so much more.

Surrounded by sea on 3 sides - magnificent beaches and the only coastal national park in the UK .

There is a private entrance hall with bench and coat hooks.
A bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A shower room with towel rail and underfloor heating (if required), with a level access enclosed rain shower and separate shower head if you don't fancy a deluge.

The kitchen includes the following: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble drier, airer, fully equipped kitchen with a few extras to make your visit more enjoyable.

The dining/sitting area has a good-sized dining table with 4 chairs, a desk, a TV in an enclosed cabinet and there is also a sprung double sofa bed and a chair.

The sliding door opens onto a west-facing patio with views towards the iconic rocky outcrop 'Carn Llidi' with access to a shared enclosed garden.

Superfast fibre broadband is available for guests' use.

A well-behaved dog is welcome at an extra charge of £5 per day or £25 per week. Please let me know if you would like to bring a dog when you make your booking so we can discuss arrangements .

Guests are able to access all parts of the self-contained extension and patio area at the back of the house.

During this time of coronavirus there have been quite a number of additions and adjustments I have made in order to provide as safe an environment as possible for my guests.

Polite request

Following advice and guidelines given to the self-catering sector in order to limit the risk of transmission to future guests and minimize any risk to myself whilst cleaning I would politely request that you bring your own bedding, tea towels and towels.

I appreciate, for whatever reason, this may be difficult to do so please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to bring some or any of these items so I can make sure I provide what you require and prepare the accommodation for your visit.

This is a residential area so please respect others in the vicinity when arriving or leaving late at night.

The apartment is not suitable for children aged between 2 -12 years old and it is not appropriate for more than one child under 2. The child under 2 would need to sleep in a cot in the double bedroom. (See house manual)

There are so many things to see and do in the area. There are leaflets in the property for your information.

Walk the coast path, enjoy the stunning views, the spectacular flora and fauna and of course the glorious beaches.

Walk inland and find hidden gems including ancient oak woodland, babbling brooks, moorland and hills.

Immerse yourself in the culture of St David's with its Cathedral inconspicuously nestled in a grassy hollow below the rooftops of this tiny city.

Visit art galleries and local craft centres, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and enjoy some great music.

Participate in local outdoor activities which include coasteering, surfing, kayaking rock climbing and boat trips.

The choice is endless.

I am passionate about Pembrokeshire and all it has to offer, it is a truly magical place. I spent all my childhood holidays here and was determined that it would the place I ultimately settled. Off-road parking for one car with own private entrance. Please ask for parking arrangements if bringing more than one vehicle.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole of the ground floor flat.
I live in the main part of the house so am available to help with any queries.

I am happy to share my passion for all that is so special about Pembrokeshire. In my free time I like to walk the Pembrokeshire paths, swim in the sea, eat local food, attend music events and in the cooler months frequent local film clubs.

All these things make me a great host because I can share my favourite haunts, give first-hand knowledge of walks and let you know where’s good to go and what is happening locally.
