Welcome to this beautiful studio in the heart of Bondi.
200m from Bondi Beach!
Modern in design mixed within the heart of one of the best places to live and most famous beaches in Sydney.
Located within minutes walk of restaurants, bars, bottle stores, yoga studios, Bondi to Bronte Coastal walk, gyms and grocery stores.
The beach is located 200m down the street where you can take in the beautiful views of Bondi Beach and catch a gorgeous sunrise and sunset.

The modern style studio compromises of a queen size bed, large two person couch, compact modern bathroom and good size functional kitchen. The balcony opens up onto the main street of Bondi and has a balcony table with 4x chairs available.
The double glass windows along with the black out blinds assist with noise cancellation. Any restaurants and bars surrounding the apartment shut at 10pm and will assist with this.
Take advantage of the balcony if you can. My favourite is to have an afternoon drink with the sunsetting - it's gorgeous or morning breakfast is a great way to start the day.
Available in the kitchen we have a blender, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, a good functional oven, fridge and two stove hot top. Everything you should need for your stay.
Keep in mind this apartment is built for one person (as it is a studio). You can fit two adults however the hot water supply is built for one. If you apply half pressure (the shower has great pressure) in the shower while hot, you can still get a 7min shower. If you wait 20min, then the tank will be ready to go again.

On a Saturday and Sunday you have farmers markets and food market stall located down at Bondi Beach school.
The beach is at your door step.
Harris Farm and Woolworth is all within a short walk, multiple yoga studio such as Power Living and Body Mind Life and some great restaurants.
