Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills.
The property has been completely renovated, dominates the Chianti valleys and enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence.

The apartment is on the first floor of the main farmhouse, with independent access and a tree-lined garden. Furnishings in the classic Tuscan style, with wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors that give a characteristic touch.

In the apartment there is one bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, living room and the kitchen.

In the bathrooms there are all the services: showers, toilet, bidet.

In the bathroom of the apartment there is also the washing machine.

All these apartments have the kitchens and are equipped with all appliances: electric oven, dishwasher, fridge,microwave, washing machine, dishes, pots and all kitchen utensils.

All these apartments have a private space outdoor with tables and chairs for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in front of the apartments.

Near the apartment there is also a barbecue available for cooking.

The rural complex is located 15 km from Greve in Chianti, 20 km from Florence, 40 km from Siena, in the land par excellence of wine and oil. Isolated, very quiet position, suitable for quick excursions to cities of art and to the most important places in Chianti.

My property is located in the hearth of the Chianti Tuscan countryside

We are situate at 2 km from the village POGGIO ALLA CROCE, in the municipality of GREVE IN CHIANTI

The car is NECESSARY to reach the property

At 6 km from my property in the village called SAN POLO IN CHIANTI there is a grocerie store, pharmacy, bank, two bars and a Trattoria.

Around the property we are surrounded by the Chianti Tuscan landscape: olive trees, fruit trees, cypresses, wineyards, old oaks.

We don't have public transport that can arrive directly on the spot and can reach the estate.

Without car you can arrive here by taxi or train.

With train you have to take from the train station of FLORENCE Santa Maria Novella a regional train until the local train station called FIGLINE VALDARNO

From the train station FIGLINE VALDARNO (20 minutes by car from my property) if you tell me in advance we can organize a transport (the cost is EURO 30,00)

From the train station of FLORENCE (50 minutes by car from my property) if you tell me in advance we can organize a transport (the cost is EURO 70,00

My name is Giovanni and i'm an Agricultural Employer.

I'm borned and raised in Tuscany, in the Chianti area where i live and work.

I work in Tourism and Agriculture in my property on the Chianti hills, a old Typical Tuscan Farm with production of red wine Chianti Classico and white wine, extra virgin olive oil cold press, fruit trees and vegatables gardens.

Agriturismo Is a business that depends from Agriculture and Tourism at the same time.

My estate is composed in apartments for tourism and 8 hectares of agriculture production , between vineyards with red and white grapes, olive trees for the extra virgin olive oil cold press, fruit trees, the vegetables gardens and forest.

The property is located on one of the typical Chianti hills dominating the valley of the river Arno: full scale and relaxing view especially on the green surrounding hills and on the heart of the city of Florence.

The original structure of the property dates back to around 300 years ago.

All of our apartments have been renovated preserving the old classic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors, stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams.

The Agritourism is a vacation experience for all the ages, couples, families with children or friends searching relax in the stunning region Tuscany, in the hearth of Chianti countryside, with pool, hot tube, the genuine Tuscan food of the local "Trattoria" and also with a taste and explanation of my authentic and healty productions, with the Chianti Classico red wine, white wine, and the extra virgin olive oil cold press.

The property is also in an excellent position for who loves to visit our beautiful cities of art, from Florence to Siena, from Pisa and Lucca to San Gimignano, from Volterra to Arezzo, Cortona and Montepulciano or Montalcino and so on.

Is a pleasure for me to give to all my guests the best original tips, from the typical authentic Tuscan restaurants in the area, to the best attractions of our region to where to park the car for the cities.

At your arrival i will give you maps of the Chianti and Tuscany area, maps of the cities of Art and all the general informations.

All my suggestions are genuine, tips from a local Italian guy for an authentic experience in our beautiful Tuscany region.
