Port Douglas Apartments 8 is located within the Port Douglas Apartments complex, this apartment is situated on Macrossan Street and is just a short walk to the main swimming area of Four Mile Beach – The Coral Sea.
Everything is on your doorstep, so no need for a car.
Macrossan Street has a vast array of cafes, pubs, fabulous restaurants and boutique shops, and the apartment is just a short stroll from the designated swimming section of Four Mile Beach that is patrolled by Surf Lifesavers daily.
Port Douglas Apartments 8 is a 50sqm self contained, one bedroom apartment which is well suited for couples or the solo traveller, offered with a well equipped kitchen, private balcony and on-site laundry facilities making it a perfect base for your stay in North Queensland.
The apartment is located up one flight of stairs on the first level and the balcony enjoys the morning sun, overlooks Macrossan Street and Flagstaff Hill.
This apartment is comfortable and stylish; the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils.
There are two barbecues for guests to use situated on the ground level.
Swim in the on-site 10-metre long salt water Lap Pool or enjoy the four people Spa Jacuzzi or relax in the sun lounges, all sounded by a well-maintained tropical garden.
Port Douglas Apartments is a well-maintained complex set in a beautiful tropical garden setting and is in a great location and has easy access to the beach, Crystalbrook Marina, Hemingways Brewery FNQ, the shops, and the restaurants.
This is a privately owned self-contained holiday apartment and not serviced holiday accommodation and not managed by the on-site manager. This is a stratum titled holiday letting complex with each of the 18 apartments are owned individually.
The apartment will be fully made up for your arrival with linen, bath and pools towels plus a basic welcome pack consisting of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. For your convenience kitchen and laundry cleaning products are supplied; otherwise the apartment is self-catering.
Optional mid-stay services are available for shorter stays at an additional cost of AUD$70 – please contact your hosts to organise this.

The fabulous Four Mile Beach is only about 100 steps away in one direction or head in the opposite direction and just across the road from your accommodation is the beginning of the great strip shopping precinct of Port Douglas. This is arguably one of the best positions in Macrossan Street.
Definitely a great location ... and who needs a car ... you can walk to the beach, the shops, the Marina, the Sunday Market, the restaurants, cafes and galleries plus the fabulous lookout (although the hill for this walk is rather steep) and so much more.
