The St Augustine Tiny House is located in the heart of Historic Downtown. You can walk to great Restaurants, Shops and Galleries in just a few minutes. If you rent bikes from Drifters Rentals, it’s that much easier to get around. The famed Ice Plant Restaurant is right across the street. Make sure to visit the Blue Hen Cafe a few blocks south. This is a great low cost option for enjoying all that St Augustine has to offer!! Saint Augustine Beach is just a short drive away, make sure to catch the lighthouse on the way over to Anastasia island.

You have found your cozy oasis tucked under tall shade trees in a private, lush tropical courtyard in the historic district. This new studio is a minimalist's dream and exemplifies the appeal of tiny living: compact, clean, efficient, and convenient. Private parking. Walk, bike or have a pedi cab/golf cart pick you up outside your door to tour or get around. When not sightseeing enjoy an outside shower or relax in the courtyard lit by hundreds of tiny laser lights at night.
Park your car in your private space, walk through the courtyard and relax in comfort on a new full size murphy, (pull down) bed. Experience your private, outdoor, bamboo enclosed, warm shower or use the compact stall shower inside. The kitchenette is streamlined with a small refrigerator, sink which doubles as a kitchen and bathroom sink and a two burner stove. Dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, coffee and tea provided. The bathroom is similar to a petite European style bathroom. The toilet area is 2' x 2' with a door and separate from the shower. The shower inside is 2' x 2' with a step up and shower curtain. **See photos. The copper table can be used for make up area or dining, unless you prefer to eat outside on your porch or in the courtyard. Feed the turtles, they love bananas, lettuce and other produce. Other places say they are downtown but you are still a mile or two away. At the courtyard you are in the center of the historic district. Friendly pets are welcomed. The Courtyard Studio is your small, safe place to take an afternoon nap, get ready for a night out, relax and enjoy a quiet tropical setting or to sleep at the end of the day. The main house was built by Henry Flagler's development. The surrounding area is the historic district of homes, churches, shops and restaurants, large oak trees, Flagler College, and close distance to US1 for easy access to gas, fast food, pharmacy and highway.

Our simple and cozy studio is tucked under oak trees in a quiet and charming neighborhood called Lighthouse Park. A beautiful rental with a separate entrance and rests on a private alley- Sand Dune Alley. Only two blocks away from the Lighthouse and beautiful salt run, tennis courts, and public park. Walk/bike to the Anastasia State Park beach, Amphitheater, restaurants along A1A, or historic downtown district. This is the perfect location for all the beauty St. Augustine offers.
This modern, rectangular studio is the perfect size for a couple or a family of 3. Off street parking and separate entrance. Outdoor patio with chairs under a mature live Oak. Cozy furnishings include: sofa that could sleep a small child (not a fold out couch), full size bed with down filled pillows and blanket. Breakfast table with two chairs. Full size kitchen stocked with necssaties: plates, bowls, cutlery, drinking and wine glasses, a saucer and frying pan. Four cup coffee maker and coffee mugs. Refrigerator. Small closet with wood hangers. Hardwood floors throughout. A reclaimed barn-style sliding door (with lock) separates the space from the bathroom. Above the barn-style door is an open shelf that connects bathroom and studio/space.
We live under the lighthouse high upon a sand dune. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located in the middle of all of St. Augustine's attractions.

Getting around: Walking is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheellers or grab any of the tourist trollies... all just a few blocks away. Or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up here! Other things to note: We are conveniently located next to US -1, easy parking on street or on premises. 10 minute walk to the fort, 15 to St George St.

The Iconic Florida Motel is a 50's Motel that has been lovingly updated with colorful Mid Century Flair! On the north end of the historic district its about 1.5 miles to the plaza and 2 from the beach. Its a quick walk to the Car Museum, the Old Jail, the Fountain of Youth as well as shops and restaurants. Use the 2 dedicated bikes per room free!
This is the real deal! Small but beautiful 1950s sized rooms in an exquisite midcentury motorcourt. Each room has Keurig type coffee service, cable TV and Wifi, microwave and small fridge. Transportation to old town sites is easy with shuttles like Explore, Uber and the "Red Train" right across the street! We have real multi-speed bikes for cruising into town or to the beach on Vilano. Each guest has 1 dedicated parking space.
We're at the north end of town ajacent to a nice residentional neighborhood and surrounded by many other larger hotels. There is a small business section with boutiques, a chocolatier and a popular coffee house.

Our romantic "Painter's House" is small upscale living in a free standing two story cottage & no minimum stay! It's located 3 blocks from St George St and steps from shopping and dining! There is a private garden, a shared garden and a private balcony for your outdoor enjoyment. Queen bed & bath up, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, sitting area & TV down. Shower and sink are separated from the bedroom by a curtain; the toilet is behind in its own closed space. Street parking is FREE!
The Painter's House sits back from the street and is Very Private. Originally the carriage house for the property, it was renovated by the previous owners into a painting studio/apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood albeit connected to a very busy tourist town. You will hear people, cars, the cannon fire at the fort, church chimes and the occasional trolley in the daytime. This includes the Firestone during their regular hours. I LOVE this space: the openness, the romance of it, the light, the art, but one of its most delightful aspects is the access to the outdoors. You walk through a shared garden to get to the little house. Step out the back door and you will find yourself in a very serene, very private walled garden. Have your morning coffee on the upstairs deck that overlooks the shared garden. Take a walk a couple blocks east and you are on the intracoastal waterway. It's all good. *Off street parking is provided for one small to mid sized vehicle. Full size trucks and SUVs will have to use free public on street parking.
Zoned commercial, we are the last house next to a Quite historic residential waterfront neighborhood in "uptown" two blocks from Ripley's.

This 1000 square-foot, shotgun-style apt with a balcony and patio is located above the city's finest pizzeria, Pizzalley's, and Italian restaurant, The Chianti Room. It is steps away from the newest, happening, gastropub and lounge, The Prohibition Kitchen, which has live music nightly from 6pm-1am. The owners of Pizzalley's, Chianti Room and Prohibition Kitchen welcome you with a complimentary drink card at their restaurants, along with 10% off all meals, and VIP status to make reservations (excludes Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, due to restaurant closure). From the moment you walk on the property you will feel as if you're in Old World Europe. Enjoy your morning coffee, sip an evening cocktail, or people watch from your balcony directly overlooking the pedestrian-only St. George St. The apartment has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate four people.     Davis Shores is a fantastic neighborhood on Anastasia Island directly across the Bridge of Lions from downtown. It has a mixture of newer homes and older homes dating all the way back to the 1950's. The neighborhood is a peaceful, homey area that provides many dining options, and is only a short walk to the historic downtown area.

    This is a lovely large apartment size suite. We have done our best to equip this unit with everything you need to prepare and serve food for up to 6 people. It has a pull-out sofa and chair in the generous bedroom and a nice desk and chair in the entryway for those annoying "working vacations." There is an internet connected (only) TV that you can watch Netflix and Hulu on us or log on to any of your on subscription based providers. There are beautiful outdoor seating areas connected to the larger shared garden. Bikes, charcoal grill, and off-street parking are available at the back of the property. It's a space I could comfortably stay for years!

    This is the real deal! Small but beautiful 1951 sized rooms in an exquisite midcentury motorcourt. Each room has Keurig type coffee service, cable TV and Wifi, microwave and small fridge. Transportation to old town sites is easy with shuttles like Explore, Uber and the "Red Train" right across the street! We have real multi-speed bikes for cruising into town or to the beach on Vilano. Each guest has 1 dedicated parking space.
    We're at the north end of town ajacent to a nice residentional neighborhood and surrounded by many other larger hotels. There is a small business section with boutiques, a chocolatier and a popular coffee house.

    This house, built in 1890 was renovated with love, whimsy & steampunk pirate style. We survived both recent hurricanes without damage! It's a legal duplex so you will get the downstairs apartment to yourselves. A twin mattress and cot is available for 3rd guest. Sit out on the porch or in the magical fairy garden yoga playground out back! Pick mint from the garden. Use our restaurant style kitchen. Walk to town to avoid St Augustine's notoriously bad traffic & parking. We are conveniently located between both Vilano Beach & St. Augustine Beach. Free wifi but no TV. Bring your tech devices. Trains go by at night. I consider them a fresh passage of chi through my body if I still hear them. Earplugs are available if that concerns you. The doorways in this old farmhouse don't line up straight. This confuses ghosts and keeps them away. As far as we know we're not haunted. When I bought this house it came with a cat so actually it’s HIS house. He is not allowed downstairs, so if you’re allergic to kitties, know I work hard to keep him out and the space dander-free! That being said, when you go out, keep doors to hallway closed or he will seize the opportunity to reclaim it!
    The house is 2 blocks west of US1 on West King, a neighborhood that started as orchards, went through a rough patch in the 90's and is now becoming St Augustine's hip, historic new artsy neighborhood. The Present Moment Vegan Restaurant, Bog Brewery, Discovery Yoga are literally steps away & lots of new businesses are sprouting up. We are a 10 minute walk to Flagler College (if you walk fast). This house was built in the late 1800's for one of the daughters of the Winn Dixie family. The sister house with same footprint was built across the street for the other daughter!

    My bnb offers privacy with a private entrance to your room off a lovely back porch with tables and chairs and Florida flowers. The shower is large and very nice with my mosaic loggerhead turtle on the floor. I do not offer access to the rest of my house as I am a musician, a nurse practitioner, and a craftsperson and I have two friendly big dogs ... Breakfast fixings are in the frig. eggs, cereal, coffee, etc. The bed is a double ( not queen, king, or single) and an antique from my family. I love it.
    My neighborhood is quiet and safe and has beautiful homes and parks.

Use of family bikes are available with rental as you can bike or walk to most attractions. We do use the garage to retrieve equipment and perform household chores so don't be alarmed if you hear noises below during the day.

    Large studio apartment. Very clean and recently renovated. Main sleeping area has a queen bed with a sleeper sofa that opens out into a full. There is a curtain divider for privacy between the two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all of your cooking needs. There is a fire pit outside and a large shaded area under a pergola, which contains an outdoor bar and TV (can be hooked up to laptop for sporting events etc.). There is a propane grill also available to all guests.

  • בית העץ היה המקום המושלם להתארח בו במרכז העיר אוגוסטין! מיקום נהדר, ניתן ללכת לכל דבר. הוא היה מרווח מאוד והיה בו כל מה שהיינו צריכים. החלק האהוב עלינו היה לשתות קפה במרפסת המוקרנת בכל בוקר. אהבנו את המקום הזה, ובהחלט נחזור!

    This 500 sf ground floor studio apartment has tile floors, a comfortable queen sized memory foam bed, and a suede foam futon in the living area that folds flat for an additional twin, with linens and a pillow provided in the armoire. The sleeping/living areas are separated by a large Chinese divider. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and single burner. There is a dog in the main house, but he does not have access to the apartment. Our outdoor back yard common areas are dreamy- and include a variety of private "secret spots" such as large upper level waterfront observation deck with table and chairs, rustic waterfront covered fireplace seating area, and Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, making this a very special space. you are welcome to use at your leisure.

    Welcome to our cottage! Peter and I do our best to ensure that you have a rewarding and memorable stay. If the cottage is not available for your dates please check out our other listing, "charming home in excellent location"
    Our lovely small cottage features a full size regular bed on ground floor (not a loft), a small bathroom, a galley kitchen, and a screened seating area. Please note that the shower is small, similar to a boat shower. The kitchen includes a fridge, coffee service, kettle, toaster, hotplate and microwave but there is no stove. It is set up for making light meals..eggs, toast etc. that we provide. If you are planning a longer stay be prepared to eat out a lot at some of the great restaurants in the area! A BBQ and charcoal is available. This is an ideal location for nature lovers. The cottage is nestled in our own tropical garden which has been featured in the local paper. The surrounding marshes are filled with birds and you can watch the nesting birds return to the rookery at the Alligator Farm in the evening. The St. Augustine lighthouse is within view of our property. We have a lovely screened porch, adjacent deck, fire pit, and a tree house with a claw foot tub for true nature lovers. You can walk or bike to the beach, the lighthouse, downtown, restaurants, and attractions. We are pet lovers and have several parrots and some exotic corvids. And a few goofy dogs too. Your beloved pets are always welcome here.

You can spend evenings outside in the shared garden, listen to the fountains while sipping wine. There are plenty of tables and seating for you to enjoy. Use the grill to make some local fish! Yum! And the beach is only a ten minute drive...

    The Iconic Florida Motel is a 50's Motel that has been lovingly updated with colorful Mid Century Flair! On the north end of the historic district its about 1.5 miles to the plaza and 2 from the beach. Its a quick walk to the Car Museum, the Old Jail, the Fountain of Youth as well as shops and restaurants. Use the 2 dedicated bikes per room free!
    This is the real deal! Small but beautiful 1950s sized rooms in an exquisite midcentury motorcourt. Each room has Keurig type coffee service, cable TV and Wifi, microwave and small fridge. Transportation to old town sites is easy with shuttles like Explore, Uber and the "Red Train" right across the street! We have real multi-speed bikes for cruising into town or to the beach on Vilano. Each guest has 1 dedicated parking space.
    We're at the north end of town ajacent to a nice residentional neighborhood and surrounded by many other larger hotels. There is a small business section with boutiques, a chocolatier and a popular coffee house.

    Condo near it all! Three miles from Historic St Augustine center, gorgeous beaches, historical attractions and so many great restaurants that St Augustine has to offer. Less than an hour to Daytona or 1 1/2 hours to Disneyworld. This Ancient City condo is perfect for a couple or family to discover this slice of paradise in Florida.
    This is a one bedroom condo. The couch in the living room pulls out into another bed if needed.
    We are across the street from Cobblestone Village where you can find CVS, Publix grocery store and many other stores. Great breakfast spot in there also, Kekes. SR 312 has a lot of chain restaurants such as Carrabas, Outback, Buffalo Wild Wings and Longhorn (Ali’s a super server there!) Downtown St Augustine is 3 miles away and St Augustine Beach is about the same distance. Many great restaurants in the heart of St Augustine although parking can be tough. I recommend the parking garage or the lot at the Fort. Royal St. Augustine is a close 18 hole golf course and World Golf Village is only 15 minutes away. The Amphitheatre has concerts occasionally and the hold a great Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Highly recommend checking that out. You can stay as busy as you want to or just relax and unwind!
