We value you to be our VIP guest. Hebrews 13:2 says, "Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it." You are my angels not the strangers. My guest service motto is "Come as strangers and leave as friends." I want to be your friend as you stay in my humble place. Welcome, my friend. Your host. We provide comfortable place to sleep and rest and work during your stay. We expect you to maintain your room to be clean and smoking is not permitted in the room and to keep bath room clean after you use it. You can have access to kitchen and towel and laundary room free of charge. You can use the deck and outdoor dining table. It is our pleasure to give you place you can stay away from home. It is best location to have reserach at NARA and visit University of Maryland and DC. Welcome to 9114 College Park Guest House. You are our number one priority. We provided the exercise bike as an optional service and please use the bike at your own risk. We also provide the purified water system for cold and hot water for the comfort of the guest. When departing, please… -Leave the suite in the same condition as when you arrived (esp. removing trash and cleaning dirty dishes/utensils) Located nearby is the Paint Branch Trail and Neighborhood Park (basketball or tennis), please ask for more details. Nearest Metro (subway) station is College Park (10 min by car) Nearest grocery store is Lidl (8601 Baltimore Ave.) There is 20 minute short cut to NARA by walking if you do research at the National Archives.
