Great park for walking around, can walk along the river (however now there is an eagles nest and it's blocked off). Great for bike riding or just walking. 1 mile from the house.

Yet another great park in Salem, that you can access from Minto Brown Park (if you are in for a long walk) or you can bike there on the many trails. Then walk downtown Salem and check out the shops, the Cara-sol in the park or restaurants nearby.
