From May 21 - September, Beach passes are required for entry to Rogers Beach (one mile from the house), and the Rogers Beach parking lot requires a parking pass. Tenants who have an approved application with the town are eligible to purchase access to Rogers Beach. The cost of the beach access package is $495 for one parking pass and an additional $3 per beach pass (up to 4 beach passes are available). Each beach pass allows entry of the pass holder and two guests on the beach. There are other great beaches in Hampton Bays that offer day passes as an alternative
