Vitosha Blvd. is Sofia’s main shopping street. The retail outlets of many western brand names are concentrated on the stretch between Patriarch Eftimii Blvd. and St. Nedelya Square (Sheraton Hotel). This is in general an expensive shopping area.
This is a semi-pedestrianised area and its worthwhile checking out the side streets as well. Vitosha is a long street which cuts through the centre of Sofia and walking along Vitosha you’ll also see some of Sofia’s nicest buildings, such as the Sofia Court of Justice and Sveta Nedelya Orthodox Church. The boulevard іs abundant іn many posh stores, restaurants аnd bars.

Many high-end fashion labels hаve outlets оn Vitosha boulevard аnd the neighbouring streets: Gianfranco Ferré, Emporio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Boss, Versace, Escada, Bulgari, D&G, La Perla, Lacoste, Tru Trussardi, Moreschi, Van Laak, Ermenegildo Zegna, Marella, Max Mara, Baldinini.
The Vitosha boulevard has become less attractive due to the ongoing repair works taking place there, as well as the abundance of newly-built shopping malls in Sofia.
