Beautiful place to hike, jog, and visit with the kids. There's slight hills, and wonderful woods and pasture mixture to fully enjoy.

The historic Gillioz Theatre was restored in 2006, eighty years after the original opening. In its early years, the Gillioz was Springfield’s premier entertainment venue, hosting a number of movie premiers and vaudeville shows. Both the lobby and auditorium have been restored to their original 1926 condition.

Fantastic Caverns

Highly recommend visiting this cave. It has a lot of fascinating local and national history. It is the first cave documented in the Ozarks.
