Søndermarken is a nice mix of grass areas and foliage with paths, its at the top of a hill so it gets lots of sun, I often go for a walk there. People use it for exercice, running and working out, walking their dogs and sunbathing.

This is a bit of a secret, not a lot of people use it, but Im sure that will change in the future. Brewer Carl Jacobsen was interested in plants and here's the evidence, trees that are not typical in Denmark, that gives it a botanical feel. Its a small park, but it might just get you in a relaxed mood and re-energized.

On a warm day this strip along the channel becomes busy with people sunbathing and swimming in the designated areas, and outside those areas as it happens, also popular for grilling food and theres is boat rental and couple of restaurants by the water.

My backyard as I like to call it, its right around the corner from my place, its small but a good place to take your lunch or just get some air.
