Signature Cafe is a well-known Prospect Park restaurant that has been around for years. The restaurant is a short walk into Prospect Park from the condo. The restaurant is hidden in a quiet residential block, you might miss it if you drive to quick. They have a great little patio, or sit inside in the historic building. The best dish at Signature Cafe is the by far the scallops. We highly recommend!

The Mississippi River is located less than a half mile from the condo. You can take a leisurely walk through Prospect Park, walk over the secret pedestrian bridge over 94, and be in the middle of nature in the cities. Plenty of paved paths either on Mississippi River Boulevard or down next to the river. Perfect for running, biking, or just seeing nature.

Getting Around
This light rail station is located just steps outside the building. This light rail station runs the Green Line. This train will either bring you downtown Minneapolis (10 minute train ride), or Downtown Saint Paul (20 minute train ride).
