The Ocean City Bus is a great way for anyone from kids to adults to get anywhere in the city. The bus stops are at the end of the street located on Ocean Highway. There is metal sign indicating where the bus stops on each side of the highway. A single ride or all day pass can be purchased on the bus. Rates change from year to year but are normally around $5. The bus runs from the end of boardwalk to the Delaware state line. The hours change with the season so check online for exact times. During the summer the bus normally runs every 5-10 mins all night. Stops at each block as requested.

The Maryland-Delaware state line is just 3 blocks north of the condos. There is no sales tax in Delaware. So it is great for quick trips for food or essentials. There is also 3 major outlets about 30 mins away in Rehobeth. Perfect is there is a rainy day or you are looking for great reduced prices on all name brands without sales tax!

Grab a bus ride or park at the end of Ocean Highway in the inlet. There is the best boardwalk in the world. Plenty of arcades, carnival rides, t-shirt shops and famous Thrasher fries. It is a family friendly area for all ages. Perfect after dinner fun for adults also with many bars to choose from. If you visit during the day, the pier is open and the beach is huge.

Ocean City does have laws in place barring smoking or alcohol on the beach. It is enforced and fines are not fun. Luckily our condos are only steps from the sand. No roads or highways to cross.

Dogs are only allowed on the beach during the off season. Please check on OC webpage for exact dates. Always clean up after pets on the beach and in front of the condo

We do supply a few beach chairs and toys in the cabinet on the porch. There are also rental companies that will supply you with umbrellas, boogie boards and additional chairs if needed. Rental companies either deliver or have there “boxes” on the beach you can rent from.

If the kids are looking for something to do while at the condo there are plenty of options. We have mini golf, water slides, go karts and arcades all within walking distance. Also the city has plenty of additional locations. The condo also has board games inside. Kite flying in the evening on the beach is great.
