My first job at the City of Seattle was at the Japanese Gardens. Breathtaking and peaceful, these special gardens are a must see. At last check admission was $3 or $4 dollars.

This is a fun way to spend the day or evening. I have done two Argosy cruises since I have been here and the Tillicum Village Salmon bake was certainly my favorite. I highly recommend this afternoon on Blake Island learning about Seattle's Native heritage while enjoying breathtaking nature. Salmon bake and Native dance performance included!
