This is our go-to Publix for Grocery Shopping both in person and via Instacart. Just a heads up they do struggle with early morning Instacart Orders as they tend to be understaffed early in the mornings.

Fantastic selection of locally caught seafood with some imports of items off the East Coast. Their frozen Conch Fritters are fantastic and an easy meal to take with you to the island.

Go to restaurant for Food, Drink and Ice Cream. I genuinly do not eat any other place then Barnacles when i am on the island. Our Family usually does Barnacles the first night / afternoon on the island as its a quick way to get everyone fed while still getting settled on the island. To me their Fish Sandwich or Fish Tacos are fantastic

Shopping before you get to the Ferry
This is the closest Target on your way in. They do a great job with Curbside if you are in a rush. This is where I typically pickup my Camping Propane Bottles!
