It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
