The property is bordered on the East by the State Park & on the West by a 9000 acres Wildlife Management Area. A boat ramp is 5 min away & the State Park beach is 15 min from the cabin.

The yard has a basketball hoop, swing set, slide for the kids, a picnic table on the patio, and large grass area for family fun. There is lots of parking. During the day enjoy Fairview Canyon and the Sanpete Valley.
