Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Fairule Cottage is a semi detached bungalow located in a lovely quiet scenic spot. The house was fully renovated during 2019 with a new bathroom, beds, bed linen & all kitchen equipment. The quiet village of Bonchester bridge located 2 miles away has a lovely village pub offering delicious home made food and a beer garden. Local towns of Jedburgh & Hawick are 15mins away. Both have supermarkets, butchers etc... Lots of activities of families locally - just ask for details on booking.

This artist and architect-designed house is clad in larch and well insulated with wool felts. The access to the separate loft of our eco-house is via an external staircase. A large south facing window in the main room overlooks the woodland garden and Shiplaw burn. There is a workspace/single bedroom for an extra guest.
