We are 3-8 mins to fun seasonal activities (WaterPark, trail rides, slopes, golf, go-karts, etc.); 15 mins to Shenandoah Nat'l Park's Swift Run Gap entry; 18-20 mins to JMU; 5-60+ mins to restaurants, wineries, antiquing, breweries, caves, hiking, biking, history sites, river sports, Amish markets, country drives+++!

Your private apartment in the lower level of our home is much like a motel room, but BETTER! Because here you will have stunning private views of mountains during the day, and at night, you will have unpolluted views of the stars. Plus, motels are in cities. Here you will experience quiet. Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

"Country Star"- Suite at Cross Keys

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

Located just 3 miles off Rt. 66, it is centrally located near wineries, hiking, sightseeing, events, restaurants, and more!
