Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. This beautiful 100+ year old villa is located in the city center of Eindhoven. Although it's very central, the neighbourhoud is very quiet and kid friendly. All needs are in walking distance. The facilities are perfect for single person, a couple, a family or a group and parking is free! There are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom, 1 kitchen, a cozy livingroom and an extra large diningroom.
